Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of our power testing and inspection equipment, technical services, and related solutions. Please review these conditions carefully before engaging with our products and services.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, using, or accessing our power testing and inspection equipment, technical services, documentation, or support services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Customer" or "User") and our company regarding the provision of power system testing equipment and related services.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of our products and services immediately.

2 Product and Service Scope

Our services include the development, manufacturing, and technical support of power testing and inspection equipment for:

  • High-voltage testing equipment and accessories
  • Relay protection and secondary system testing devices
  • Transformer and primary equipment diagnostic instruments
  • Custom project-based equipment configuration
  • On-site technical support, training, and consultation services
  • After-sales service and equipment maintenance

All equipment is designed for professional use by qualified electrical engineers and technicians in power system applications including substations, power plants, renewable energy sites, and testing laboratories.

3 User Qualifications and Responsibilities

Users must possess appropriate qualifications and training to operate high-voltage testing equipment safely. You represent and warrant that:

  • You are a qualified electrical engineer, technician, or authorized personnel
  • You have received adequate safety training for high-voltage equipment operation
  • You will comply with all applicable safety standards and regulations
  • You will use equipment only for its intended purpose and within specified parameters
  • You will follow all operating instructions and safety guidelines provided

Improper use of power testing equipment can result in serious injury, death, or equipment damage. Users assume full responsibility for safe operation.

4 Safety and Compliance

Our equipment is manufactured to comply with relevant international standards including IEC, IEEE, and ANSI specifications. However, users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with local safety regulations and standards
  • Implementing proper safety procedures and personal protective equipment
  • Conducting regular equipment inspections and maintenance
  • Providing adequate training to all operators
  • Maintaining proper documentation and test records

Safety Warning:

High-voltage testing equipment can be lethal. Always follow lockout/tagout procedures, verify de-energized conditions, and use appropriate safety equipment before testing.

5 Warranty and Limitations

We provide a limited warranty on equipment defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified in your purchase agreement. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper operation
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable components
  • Damage from environmental factors beyond specifications
  • Modifications or repairs not authorized by our company
  • Damage caused by power surges or electrical faults

Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective equipment. We shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, downtime, or project delays.

6 Technical Support and Training

We provide technical support and training services subject to availability and separate service agreements. Support services include:

  • Equipment operation and application guidance
  • Troubleshooting assistance and remote diagnostics
  • On-site commissioning and training when contracted
  • Software updates and documentation revisions
  • Calibration services and periodic maintenance

Response times and service levels are defined in separate service level agreements. Emergency support may be available for critical applications subject to additional terms and fees.

7 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our equipment, software, documentation, and technical information remain our exclusive property. You are granted a non-exclusive license to:

  • Use the equipment for its intended testing and inspection purposes
  • Access and use associated software and documentation
  • Make necessary copies of documentation for operational use

You may not reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary technology without written authorization.

8 Data and Privacy

Test data and measurements generated by our equipment remain your property. However, we may collect anonymized usage statistics and performance data to improve our products and services.

When providing remote support or diagnostics, we will access only the minimum data necessary to resolve technical issues. All customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our equipment complies with your organization's data security policies and any applicable privacy regulations.

9 Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend services immediately if you:

  • Violate any provision of these terms
  • Use equipment in an unsafe or unauthorized manner
  • Fail to make required payments when due
  • Engage in activities that could damage our reputation or business

Upon termination, you must discontinue use of our equipment and return any loaned or leased equipment. Provisions relating to liability limitations, intellectual property, and confidentiality survive termination.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our products shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
  2. Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator if negotiation fails
  3. Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful

These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements or understandings. Modifications must be in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
